This place was fantastic! They were very accommodating with gluten free, even though our group had shared meals. They made sure to warn me about anything potentially harmful, and brought out the most amazing Gf pita I have ever had! Didn’t get sick at all - if I’m going to it is usually within 30 minutes. Highly recommend, and you MUST get the GF pita!
the waiter immediately asked if i had any allergies. there seems to be a GF kitchen preparation area. I felt very safe eating here and i usually never order GF pizza for fear of cross contamination. TBD on if I get sick but I honestly highly doubt it. Would recommend. Had a great experience
Excellent starters, meals and wine list, but most importantly the kitchen was fully accommodating and have a separate section to prepare their gf dough and celiac meal prep. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Instead of pita with the baba ghanoush (which I highly recommend) they made us a pull apart with their gf pizza dough - I died and went to heaven. I don’t eat bread of any kind because I’m picky and low carb, but everyone at the table gobbled it up and agreed it was bomb. My hubby actually ordered a gf pizza with it so I can have some, but also because it was that good. The owners have celiac family, so in our experience those are the best places- they care to safeguard us. The chicken and branzino were also beautifully done. 100% recommended!
This is one of the best meals I've had in a long time! The server immediately asked if anyone had food allergies and let me know most of the menu was gluten free and could be made dairy free. We got the pork belly which was delicious, tuna tartare, carrots with hummus and iberico pork. The carrots were definitely a standout that I recommend getting! Everything tasted super fresh and the flavors were on point. Every time they brought a dish over they said it was gluten free. I also highly recommend their cocktails! I plan to go back really soon.
Wow what an amazing dinner!! Made an advance reservation, noted my GF/DF allergies. As soon as we were seated, our server came up and confirmed my allergies on the reservation! Top notch service, and the servers are knowledgeable about every ingredient in every menu item. I felt so safe! I had the crudo app, as well as the venison tartare with gf crackers WOW. I had the Iberico pork entree. And king trumpet mushroom side dish. And GF/DF vanilla coconut and banana sorbets for dessert!! Worth every penny. Wonderful ambiance too.
I highly recommend this restaurant – – the food is delicious. Flavors are amazing. Everything is fresh creative and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is next level. Scott from Chicago was well informed professional, friendly and happy to help me navigate safe, Gluten Free options. The gluten-free wood-fired pita was better than any pita I had before I was diagnosed with Celiac. Highly recommend.
Great restaurant and service. The menu won't mark anything as gf but if you ask your server they're very knowledgeable and know which dishes need to be modified and how (different modifications if you want to completely avoid cross contamination). All the entrées are gluten free and most of the appetizers can be modified to be. For dishes that came with bread they offered to bring gf pizza crust instead (which is made in house). We felt very safe eating here and would definitely be back. It's expensive but delicious.
Wonderful experience here last night. I noted I had celiac on the reservation which was for their first seating. Once seated our server asked who had celiac and I also let her know dairy was a problem. She ran through what they could and couldn’t modify. We ordered 3 of the veggies dishes to share and they were amazing! I will definitely go back!
Amazing food! One of the best places I’ve ever eaten. Gluten free is not marked on menu, but lots of options and very knowledgeable staff.
Super trendy place, great for a mixed non gluten free/celiac crowd. The staff and kitchen proactive about celiac and allergies. They asked if anyone at the table at dietary restrictions/allergies before even had a chance to ask. Staff walked me through entire cross contain prevention process and marked up menu for me. I was able to pick from a few corn based dishes, and they made sub options for everything. I felt very included and safe.
