Everything is labeled on the menu and in the display case, however the display case has gluten containing and gluten free items next to each other (not touching but still in the same vicinity)

I absolutely LOVE all of their gluten free food, drinks, and baked goods! I had the most unbelievable gluten free and dairy free (vegan) blueberry scone, they have GF/V avocado brownies and chocolate cookies, it is actual gluten free heaven. They have smoothies, gluten free drinks like matcha tea and tumeric lattes, and their salads are always fresh, healthy, and yummy. I’m celiac and usually very sensitive and I’ve never had any reaction from their food :)

They also have an excellent selection of CBD products and they have cute outdoor seating that is dog friendly/has a dog bowl with water for the pups :)

Good selection of gluten-free and dairy-free as well as vegan products and cute lunch options with fruit and veggie juices you can have made fresh! I got the collard wrap with walnut meat and roasted garlic hummus for lunch and it was amazing!

Not a restaurant but place to buy GF products. They have vegan and dairy free options too. They do sale soup already hot that sometimes is GF.
