Absolutely no idea. Said they knew about gluten and could work with my allergy... only very little contamination was possible. Well that would be ok for me as I’m not celiac but NCGS. But they didn’t even know wooden spoons, and wooden serving trays were a no-go. Got gv bread on wooden plate.

Came here with birthday party with guest spanning 87 to 11 where the oldest and youngest have celiac disease. They both enjoyed a lunch of pasta (87 yo) or a burger (11yo). both enjoyed it, and had no adverse effects. I enjoyed a great veggie burger. Friendly staff, not the cheapest.
