HG Sply Co. was one of my favorites when I lived in Dallas. They offer plenty of gluten- and dairy-free options. Be sure to visit at sunset to enjoy the complimentary cocktail and toast to the evening!
Gluten free heaven!! Fried chicken sandwich, French fries, nachos...an amazing place. They even do a sunset toast and give free drinks to the whole restaurant.

I have multiple allergies, beyond my gluten issues. I took a chance after reading reviews and wow, what an awesome place. I couldn’t visit the restaurant itself but door dashed them to where I was staying because I couldn’t leave. I created my own bowl with foods that were safe for me. Door dash wouldn’t let me add special instructions so I called the restaurant after placing my order to ensure they marked it properly. The first time I ordered it was so packed with flavor that I ordered two more bowls the very next day (one for meal prep purposes) and switched up the ingredients a little between the two.
Long story short, I have now had their food three times and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. The folks I spoke with at the restaurant were very knowledgeable and immediately marked my ticket to indicate special handling. They said they would notify the kitchen manager to ensure safety as well. I may order from them again this trip and if not this trip, I will be back in 1.5months and absolutely will order from them then.

Like other reviews say, the staff assured me that everything on the menu can be made gf. I ordered the backyard burger and fries. Burger was fine, but to me the fries were the best part. They're like high quality McDonald's fries. I plan to come again and try their desserts!

Just ate here for the first time, had a GREAT experience. I am celiac and my husband is gluten free by choice, so we both needed to be GF. Just tell your server or the manager ALLERGY and they will take care of you NO issues. I did not get sick, and I will be back again for sure! We were there for brunch, so we had the gluten free pecan muffins. Very moist and great flavor. Then we split the pork nachos and the bowl of bison bean chili. Both were very good. Server and greeters were great. Manager was super nice. WE WILL BE BACK!
The restaurant is not 100% GF but they say all items can be made GF. I’ve had the backyard burger as well as the cochinita nachos. I had no reaction to the burger, but was glutened after eating the nachos. I think the chips are not GF despite the staff insisting they are.
Love this place! Make sure I stop by every time I’m in town! They have great gluten free food. I haven’t gotten sick from them before. I would recommend telling them to make it as an allergy even with celiac so they take it more seriously.

5 stars for the gluten free option of fried chicken breast which I had wrapped in lettuce, but it lacked seasoning of any kind. It was served with a dressing, which was also bland. Loved that they had a unique slaw salad instead of fries for an option, but again it lacked in flavor. A great foundation, but fell far short of its potential.

The menu states that any item can be made gluten-free and I was skeptical at first. But the waitress assured me that they would wipe down the grill and make all of the necessary accommodations. We were there for brunch and I got a bowl which was excellent and my husband loved his non-GF food as well. The honey garlic brussels sprouts are amazing. Definitely recommend!
I’ve probably eaten here upwards of 20 times and never had a problem before... HOWEVER, I dined here this past weekend for lunch and by the end of my meal my stomach started hurting and I told my husband we better get home. Got home and the joint pain and headache kicked in, followed by the inevitable diarrhea. I’m not sure what went wrong today but I was 100% glutened. Really sad because this was our go to place. For reference, I had the fried chicken sandwich on a gf bun with French fries. I went over all necessary precautions when I placed my order and they flagged gluten allergy on my ticket. The bun was from unrefined bakery and supposedly heated up in the microwave.
Always been treated well here. Never sick in 5+ visits. Almost everything is gluten free already, except their standard bread for the burgers. Just ask and whatever you get will be reasonably safe.

All items from menu can be made GF. Also indicated if dish contained nuts. Many vegan and vegetarian options as well. Atmosphere was young:upscale/sports bar (in a good way.) Server (Sutton) was amazing: all I had to do was say “I’m Celiac” and she handled everything from there. Great cocktail menu too, and Brownie Sundae was incredible. I’m riding home and already wondering when I can go back!
The lamb meatballs were salty, oily, and undercooked. The veggies (w/ mild peppers) were tasty. The lemon (faux) cheesecake was divine--not too sweet, not as heavy as the ones we buy in the store. The sunflower cobbler underneath was terrific. Great combo! Noisy place though.
Nearly everything on the menu can be gluten free (dairy free too). Super impressed at how well ALL the staff took care of me. They brought the whole restaurant a “toast to sunset” drink and NOT my server said he would bring me something safe! I was floored. They were packed and my bowl (their specialty) was delicious. Had a fabulous gluten free ruby red cider. Can’t wait to go back.
HG Sply Co is the BEST! French fries and more in a dedicated fryer! Entire menu can be made gluten free! The gluten free cranberry muffins are delicious! Finally an egg sandwich I can eat! I would confidently recommend HG Sply Co to anyone with celiac!
I had an amazing experience at this beautiful restaurant. The server was knowledgeable and kind, and I ate safely and well!! Service was great, the food was wonderful. They have an incredible blueberry lemon cheesecake on a gluten free crust that is made from honey roasted sunflower seeds. BIG win!
The waiter seemed to have an idea about gluten free i ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was sandwich meat it had bacon and cheese i used my nima sensor to test for gluten and it came back positive would not recommend this restaurant, if you have an allergy or a health reason why you avoid gluten
Love this place! The only gluten in the restaurant is the buns so they have no problem preventing cross-contamination. They do have gluten-free buns as well. Servers are very knowledgeable and their vegan queso and chips are amazing. This is my go-to place to safely eat out!
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich the waiter seemed knowledgeable about gluten i had my nima gluten free sensor tested the sandwich it came back positive for gluten it was my first time there after i read great reviews one thing i have to point out that when the food was delivered they were careless as to what had gluten and what did not the manager came back and wanted me to try something else but honestly its a trust thing im not sure i would eat there again

It's crazy how careful they are and how fresh everything is. You can get everything from a burger with a gf bun to a great ahi bowl with mixed greens.
They duck is awesome. Everything I've tried is just really really good. The servers are wonderful.
HG Sply Co. has a fantastic menu for people that suffer from gluten intolerance. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful and our waitstaff was very helpful and reassuring when it came to food preparation. I will be eating here again when I come back to Dallas!
Favorite place to dine GF in dallas!!! I often order takeout! Their desserts are Gluten Free as well and are incredible!!! Their service is wonderful as well. One time they gave me the wrong take-out order and I had to come back. Had a handwritten card signed by each employee and a gift card for the trouble- very thoughtful. This place rocks
Great food. Large selection. Anything on menu can be made gf. Servers and kitchen all very cautious and happy to accommodate gf as well as other dietary needs (allergies, paleo, vegetarian etc). Highly recommended
Phenomenal doesn't even begin to describe our meal. First of all, the entire menu can be made celiac safe. Secondly, when I called ahead to make the reservation the hostess added a note that a gluten allergy party would be at the table, and sure enough my waitress was aware before I even sat down. The Vegan queso was out of this world- even my picky eater boyfriend enjoyed it! Lastly, all of the desserts are GF too. Could it get better?! I don't think so! Absolutely stuffed, and already making plans for a return meal!
The service was very slow, the food was extremely greasy, but it was 100% GF. None of us that went together will go back.

I rarely eat out because I have Celiac disease and have been glutened too many times. However, while visiting Dallas I saw that HG Supply had good reviews and decided to give it a try. It was amazing. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and Celiac safe. The manager and server were very informative and attentive. The food was delicious. They even gave us a free dessert since it was our first time dining inf there. if I lived in Dallas I would definitely eat there often.

My favorite restaurant! They know how to prepare real food and do it well.
They have gf bread from unrefined bakery for sandwiches and burgers, they have delish gf desserts, and they make their own gf muffins and granola at brunch. The servers will modify ANYTHING to make sure all allergy needs are met!
Definitely one of my favorite GF spots. I like to make my own bowl with the sirloin, Brussels sprouts, fries, and chimichurri. It's to die for. Everything on the menu is great, from the craft cocktails to the dessert options. Very celiac friendly!
Delicious and attentive to gluten and dairy issues. For sandwiches, they have gf bread from a local bakery. I had the Burger stack bowl, and the beef was beyond delicious!
Excellent paleo options! No GF breads, but much of the menu is already GF. Great food!
