If you are celiac and you are looking for a safe and INSANELY delicious meal, get your fancies on and Uber over to Mr. Huyer’s new restaurant. Organic salad bar- check. Mind-blowing meats- check. Cheesy breads and croutons made out of GF yucca bread. You better believe it. Even the kale salad is a shining star here! This restaurant makes up for all the moments you had to pass up those Food & Wine restaurants that didn’t have you in mind. Mr. Huyer’s intent is for the patron to have an organic experience from start to finish. Even the wine has organic options. Michelin reviewers come on in- you have been waiting for a place like this- you just didn’t know it.
