I loved hibachi before getting diagnosed with celiac disease. After it became very hard for me to find a place to get hibachi without being cross contaminated. This place is SO good and I have yet to get sick from there. When I call to order I let them know I have celiac and they make sure to clean the grill before cooking my order and use gluten free soy sauce.
