Review of Hickory Hog

Owner’s wife has Celiac. All BBQ rubs are GF. Dedicated GF fryer and prep space. Staff is knowledgeable about celiac.

We had ribs and brisket and both were excellent. Also got fries made in dedicated fryer and mashed potatoes.
