The pizza is not prepared separately and they can’t guarantee no cross contamination. So I ordered the southwest salad which was okay but served rather odd with all the ingredients separated and not mixed together. It wasn’t that great but at least they knew what gluten was. Most places we ate while visiting Arkansas did not know about gluten.

Good gluten free pizza! Prepped in a separate area, and they’ll provide fresh toppings to avoid CC if you ask.

Been a while since a review so I wanted to provide a fresh perspective. They use separate sauce and cheese for the GF pizza, but the "normal" toppings could be cross contaminated. They will use fresh ingredients from the store room if you ask, so I felt confident in eating here and didn't get sick. There is a risk of cross-contamination if you don't ask them to make arrangements for your toppings. Not the greatest GF pizza ever, but good enough for a stop for a safe meal. When I stopped in for lunch during the week, it took 45 minutes to get my pizza. I was told there had been 11 take out orders in front of me, but since the place was half full, that shouldn't have created that much of a delay. A full restaurant would have easily put more of a strain than that on the kitchen.

We ate there last night, and it was delicious! My son and I are both Celiac’s. Neither of us got sick. Pizza is very good - possibly the best GF pizza in the city.
Yes
Staff knowledgeable and concerned about being as safe as possible. Staff reported concern that my daughter’s pizza had touched a regular sandwich coming out of over and cooked her a new pizza to be safe. With any restaurant that cooks non-gf there is risk but they seem to take as many precautions as possible. My daughter has celiac and has eaten there many times without a problem... she also says it’s the best gf pizza in town.
Yes
My celiac daughter and I eat here all the time and absolutely love it!
Yes
The GF crust was very impressive. They also have a designated space for making it so it is Celiac safe
Yes
I eat pizza here regularly and never get sick. They seem to take precautions well when told it’s “an allergy”.

I agree with another reviewer, they really need to work on their gluten free crust. It tastes like cardboard, which is sad because I used to love their pizza.

We visited Hideaway Pizza yesterday. Our son has celiac and really enjoyed his GF cauliflower crust pizza from here. The staff was knowledgeable, made notes of his allergy, and he had no reactions. They have a seperate place they prepare, will change gloves, and use new cutter

First off, I would like to start by saying I went in at an off-peak hour and I am so glad I did!!!
I informed the front staff that I was celiac and they made sure to do an extra cleaning on the table before they sat us.
Our waiter was hand chosen for us due to him having family with Celiac and made sure to let me know exactly what I could and couldn't have on the menu.
The staff in the back was completely informed and asked to clean the area as well as wash their hands and change gloves. They also informed me they would be taking every precaution they could to make sure I stayed safe.
I will definitely return!
