I'm not sure about cross contamination as I don't have Celiac and am not bothered by that. I liked this place because it has several GF options like gf bread for toast and sandwiches and gf wrap for sandwiches. We had the three egg scramble for breakfast which was very good. Came back another day and had the Thai chicken on a gf wrap. Also very good. This is a little hole in the wall place. Very small but the staff was very nice and helpful. I am from out of town and love this app for finding good gf restaurants.

Excellent food in a small cafe. A little stuffy inside. Could use a fan to circulate the air.

I got the breakfast panini and it was ok. The paninis can be made on gluten free bread, just check your order when it comes out because they made mine on regular bread originally. The server said their GF pizza crust is really good but I haven’t tried it yet, I want to though!

The food was good, but the service was slow. They were very busy, I felt bad for the staff! Looks like slow service is a common theme, so give yourself time if you go here. Had the breakfast panini with gluten free bread and didn’t get sick.

Went for breakfast. Did not get sick. It is a hole in the wall but great.
Overall a good experience. I had the three egg scramble with bacon, ham, peppers, and cheddar cheese. I did not have any toast though they did have gf toast for $1 extra. There were not many options and the girl who took my order wasn’t that sure about what was gluten free. I had seen other celiacs are here though so decided to try it as it was close to my hotel. The food was good and I did not get sick at all.

The surprise hit of the trip with my vegetarian, celiac niece! Gluten-free granola, which means she could enjoy oatmeal and acai bowls. The gluten-free pizza was so good that she was convinced it was a mistake, but once she realized she wasn't having a reaction, she happily inhaled the rest and declared it the best pizza she'd had in a long time.

Ordered a gluten free burrito and specified that it was an allergy. The guy who brought the burrito out brought me a non-gf wrap and was annoyed when we asked. He returned it and dumped all the burrito into a gf wrap. We explained I couldn't eat that because it was celiac and he rolled his eyes and stomped off. They eventually remade it which I appreciated.
They also took 45 minutes to bring out my husband's smoothie because they forgot about it. Overall, not the most pleasant experience. Food tasted good but I was super worried about cross contamination the entire time.

Went here based on other reviews. Got a panini with gluten free bread and a smoothie. The bread crumbles a little bit but that’s to be expected as most gf bread does this. They were knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu and the smoothie was very good!

Great, healthy cafe that offers plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options! Smoothies, acai and smoothies bowls, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, burritos - all with GF option. My celiac daughter enjoyed a tasty chicken sandwich and a smoothie. I was not there when they ordered, so I don’t know what GF pre-cautions they take, but the whole place has that vibe of being healthy and understanding dietary preferences and restrictions.
They are attached to the Doubletree Hotel, but it has a separate entrance to the cafe that you see outside as you go up the steps to the hotel. You stand in line and order your food at the counter, then take your number back to a table (it’s busy, so grab one when you can), and the servers/bus boys bring the food and anything else you need out to you. Free parking in the hotel garage. Friendly staff and good food!

I appreciated that the lady taking my order knew the gluten free wraps didn’t hold up well and suggested instead to have a salad with the wrap on the side. Food was good, fresh, and satisfying after a day at the beach.

Nice options and good smoothies. They were able to accommodate my dairy intolerance as well.
Yes
Got a panini on GF bread. Was a little small, but they did warn about that in advance. Also got the hiking smoothie & that was nice and thick

So great! GF options not labeled in the restaurant but easily identified. I think many ingredients are shared, but I got a great quinoa hummus wrap that I added chicken too. Very, very yummy. It's a beautiful, not too long walk (<20 mins) from the Royal Hawaiian, moana surfrider, and other Waikiki hotels. Cute place that seems like locals go to as well!
Reading the reviews I thought this was a greasy spoon. Not even close. It's health food THATS GOOD WITH OPTIONS! Family run. So kind and knowledgeable. Wish I would have found this place earlier. Had the chicken pizza and kale and spinach salad. Both so satisfying, nutritious and wonderful. Looking forward to going again tomorrow! PS the iced coffee is thee best I've had!
Good GF Ham and Cheese sandwich, a little small for what you pay for since it's on GF bread. Would go back- seems like most everything in the menu can be GF (wraps, panini's etc.) Very friendly staff that take extra precautions with allergies.
Yes
I ate here a few times during my stay in Waikiki. I ate breakfast and lunch/dinner items. All of the food was great, service was great too! I have celiac and never had a problem. My husband doesn't eat gluten free and also loved everything he had there. Great place!!!
Yes
I wanted this to be great based on the ratings. Wanted to order a breakfast panini for my daughter, but they were out of gluten free bread. That happens, they recommended a GF tortilla which was an acceptable alternative. When her egg scramble came out it had two pieces of toast stuck in the eggs. They were very apologetic, asked if she had a gluten allergy (we discussed in depth that her order needed to be GF), to which I responded that she had celiac. A good half hour passed before she received her food and the second egg scramble had two pieces of toast stuck in it. We sent it back and this time they just took the toast off the top and gave it to her. She is a new celiac and she decided she'd be ok if she just cut the portion off that had the toast on it. Needless to say, she was sick afterwards

A small. quaint place but so worth the visit! Great GF options, very knowledgeable staff, great service. Will definitely go back!
Yes
We ate here 3 times - delicious gluten free paninis prepared in paper to avoid cross-contamination. Service is friendly but very slow, even when not busy.
Yes
Had a gf panini with chicken breast, avocado and provolone cheese. Staff very knowledgeable about gf. When I asked about the cooking procedures with the panini, they said they wash it down between sandwiches (ok-I admit-not thrilled with this) but then they said they put a paper down with all gf paninis. I did not get sick! 😀
Yes
Excellent. Salad with gluten free dressing & gluten free pizza. Staff knowledgable about gluten.
I had the veggie panini on GF bread and it was delicious. Third iced tea is also great.
Wonderful people that are extraordinarily accommodating.
Yes
Great iced coffee! (I'm assuming the regular coffee is just as good). Several gf options including paninis, wraps, breakfast... Very chill, local cafe. Highly recommend.
Yes
They offer gf salads, paninis, and pizzas. I had the gf veggie panini and it was good. Service was quick and the staff was knowledgable and friendly. The only thing I can complain about is their hours of 7-3... Wish they were open for dinner (especially since they are right across the sidewalk from our hotel). I definitely will be returning soon to try their pizza!
