Review of Hill Country Barbecue

Great food! This is one of the few gluten free BBQ places that I know of. The food is great and there are tons of options. Ask the host for a gluten free menu before you find a table. Make sure when you go to order your meat selections that you ask the people behind the counter to change gloves and change the lining on the scale they use to weigh the meat. Since they have a few meat options that have gluten it is important that they change the scale's lining paper and gloves to avoid cross contamination. Also, remind the host that you do not want bread. Sometimes that instinctively throw a alive of bread on too of the meat since it is such a routine thing for them to do! Enjoy!!
