They offer an allergen menu, items are labeled with specific allegens, and the waitstaff will verify with the chef to ensure safety. They offer a gf/df bagel with seeds that they will substitute for any sandwich you may want to order. GF bread may be available also. Friendly staff who were able to answer my questions quickly. The environment provided a good place to relax on our vacation.
