The team at this Hilton Garden Inn bar and grill are amazing and so attentive to food allergies! The managers, starting with Sarah in sales and then Justin and Justin, the restaurant managers, are so attentive and helpful. And Jacob, the cook who prepared all my meals, was so compassionate and understanding! The team wants to make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, with a focus on not getting sick as a result of exposure to an allergen.Just speak to the restaurant management team to alert them of allergy’s and they will guide you accordingly. The breakfast menu is a buffet but does do ala carte with traditional gluten free breakfast items of eggs bacon sausage. The lunch and dinner menu are more limited but still have good options.
