I was very surprised to see that all the choices on the buffet were labeled as to gluten free or contains gluten. Most of the choices were gluten free. The food is delicious, especially the tika masala. There is also pop and chai tea included in the buffet. The naan of course has gluten but they have a papod like optim that is made from beans. Very good.also items are labeled for dairy free or contains dairy. Many options are both dairy and gluten free.

The staff was really nice and informed me that everything was gluten free except the Naan bread. The food was fantastic and heated up pretty well the next day too!

Himalayan Yak had A DELICIOUS lunch buffet! The buffet items were well labeled indicating whether or not they contained gluten, and most of them were gluten free. It was delightful to be able to eat at a buffet and not have to ask about all the ingredients! We visited on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and bright, and not very busy. a new favorite for us in Fargo Moorhead!
