Review of Hino Oishi

The waiter was great about checking if I had an allergy, preference, or sensitivity. This is a typical hibachi place where the food is cooked in front of you, and the chef made sure to keep my food on a separate, clean space of the grill that was never cross-contaminated. They even were able to modify the salad, soup, and soy sauce to keep it all gluten free.
