Specify your are celiac and they wil l make fries in dedicated frier Really good poutine All their sauce are gf but i wonder for the sausages. So I took italian poutine. Very good.

Visited for an early Friday dinner. I told them I had celiac and they said they'd prepare the fries separately. ALL the poutine is gluten free according to the waiter! It was delicious and I had no issues.

Fryer is NOT dedicated (shared with onion rings) as stated in app. However, upon telling the server I was celiac, she said that the chef could fry my fries in a separate (clean) area. It was very quiet when I was there, so not sure if they'd be willing to do that during busier hours. Poutine was good, staff friendly and accommodating, didn't get sick, but YMMV if you're there at peak hours.

This is the only place I've ever found in Montreal that has both gf gravy and the fries can be made in a separate fryer. You have to ask for the fries to be made separately if you are celiac, but they will do it.
