The chef cooked all of my food on the grill on the side to not be confused with the regular soy sauce. Started out really well with fried rice, veggies, and salmon. However, he didn’t save any of the chicken, covered it regular soy sauce, then when I was ordering a drink and wasn’t looking, he pulled the chicken aside covered it in additional now gluten free soy sauce, and immediately put it on my plate so I couldn’t eat it.

Told the waitress I have celiacs disease and they were very careful. They verified my meal as gluten free, brought out gluten free soy sauce, the cook did an excellent job of cooking all the food with the gluten free soy sauce first and separating my portions then adding the sauces for everyone else. It was an amazing experience at a restaurant we loved to go to before celiacs.
