Hiro Japanese Steakhouse

They have gluten free soy sauce and will cook your food in the back if you ask. They understand diet restrictions such as gluten free well. The staff was amazing!

We are sushi a couple of weeks ago, and our server was excellent. She even brought out the container of mix they use for their broth soup with mushrooms and green onion so I could read it. I wish they would have a separate fryer or baking oven so I could have hot or deep fried rolls....but this is my plight at any sushi place. Overall the food was great.
