Hoboken Farms is A M A Z I N G in terms of accommodating Celiacs or people with severe Gluten Allergies. Dedicated kitchen space. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND well trained staff. Yes they use Against the Grain bread but the peace of mind alone is well worth it.

I come here once a week for lunch. Great gf meatball sub and fiori special. I'm very sensitive and haven't been sick. Highly recommend.

Pro tip: hot sandwiches request foil instead of paper because paper sticks to the gf roll

I've tasted almost every brand of gluten-free bread on the market, and the brand they use is Against the Grain, which is the absolute worst bread I've ever wasted my money on. I got a simple sandwich, but the bread was hard, dry, and tasted weird. I personally hate the brand Against the Grain, so this place has been ruined for me. If you think the gluten-free bread is good, you have no idea what gluten-free bread should taste like!

The subs are ok. Pascarella Bros in Chatham is wayyyy better. They have tastier gluten free sub rolls prepared on separate surfaces and a ton of frozen gluten free foods to take home!

greg the head chef was awesome. he helped me out with the menu then gave me a sample of their sauce. and wow...it was amazing. i would say all thr guys in there are top notch.

Great place but when I ask for toasted GF bread need to toast GF bread in a toaster not press in a panini maker

Yummy gluten free sloppy joes. Any sandwich can be made with gf bread. Great place! Best for take out.

Had a great sloppy joe there on Sunday! First one since I found out I was allergic to gluten. Very different from Millburn Deli but first real sandwich I have had in over a month!

We live Hoboken Farms. The GF items are fantastic and they are very careful with them. A great addition to the area.

Just had my first gluten free sub @ summit store. I know the cold cuts are not healthy but once in 20 years I finally enjoyed the g free bread. Should I go back again next week? you bet!
