Review of Hog Island Oyster Co.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Staff was unwilling to wash their hands to run one plate. When I spoke with the manager she said they could prepare the food to be celiac safe, but there was bread everywhere and the runners would have to deliver my plate bc they were understaffed and she was not going to ask my server to wash her hands once before bringing me my plate bc it would be too much.
