With the staff I had an unrushed two way communication regarding my multitude of dietary needs. I ordered a local grass-fed burger and fries. Initially it came out as a regular burger, but my order was promptly restarted. There is some baking done with wheat flour in the basement of the building; there is no wheat/gluten in their fryer, just potatoes. The food was beautifully presented to all. I am celiac and I feel fine. I would not hesitate to return, but there are so many GF friendly places and I have so little time here!
