The beer is amazing! Even the 3 people I went with that can have gluten loved it and said they wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference between their beers and beers from a gluten-containing brewery. Staff was extremely nice as well.

Drinks were phenomenal. The food is separate. It is a good truck that arrived at 3pm. The food is really good as well. We had fried pickles, truffle fries, Korean chicken with siracha sauce. Pretty good stuffs.

I HIGHLY recommend Holidaily Brewing Co. It is a Gluten Free brewery and is Celiac friendly. One of the owners has Celiac. It is the best Gluten Free beer I have ever had.

Draft. Gluten Free. Beer. That is all I should have to say. A dedicated GF facility that has so many GF draft beer options to offer. You can also purchase cans, crowlers and kegs of your favorite GF beer to go. Also has GF food trucks in the parking lot most of the time.

I’m not even a big beer fan but I loved all the drinks I tried here. I got the brunch flight and then tried the other beer-bucha that I didn’t get with the flight and liked it all. The brunch flights was beers mixed with oj, kombucha, and bloody mary mix. I went on a Saturday and they had a GF food truck to eat from. I also saw some GF snacks available for purchase inside along with GF dog treats.

Loved it!! I have not been able to tolerate alcohol since being diagnosed. I was able to have a full flight + 1 and felt great after! Wasn’t even hungover. Weekend foodtruck was also good but skip the tikka masala and stick with the fried stuff.

This was the first gluten free beer that not only tasted amazing but didn’t make me bloated. Looks like we will have to travel to Colorado more often.

Second trip from Detroit just to come here and get beer. Staff are all wonderful, beer is amazing and they often have a GF food truck.

I came here for their Oktoberfest and it was a ton of fun. I don’t drink anymore but I bought some gf beer to bring home and make beer cheese and it turned out amazing. Notably this is JUST a taproom- they do not have food. However, when we were there there were a few gf food trucks present to provide.

The beer is made with only gf ingredients , millet, buckwheat and hops. An amazing place for beer if you haven’t had it in a while. The Golden taproom is dedicated gluten free, the brand new DTC taproom has the normal dedicated gf beers however they do allow gluten-filled food in the taproom which was a little disappointing and don’t fee it’s 100% safe for me.

This is a wonderful brewery with a wide variety of excellent beers that are entirely gluten-free. I think craft beer for years before being diagnosed with celiac, and while it’s been a while, I pretty much know what normal beer tastes like and this is good. Non celiac friends like it.

As far as food, it’s important to note that the establishment itself does not serve any food. There is one food truck from two or three places always there, About last I saw, not all of them are dedicated gluten-free. So if you are planning on having gluten-free food, check which food truck will be there. The one with all gluten-free food is very good and has things like sandwiches and cheese fries.

There is some seating inside but it’s mainly outdoor. Beers range from stout to Amber to IPAs… That’s right, more than one gluten-free IPA.

This is a brewery that relies on a food truck for the food. When we visited expecting food because of the reviews there was none. The food truck was not ready to serve until a couple of hours after the brewery opened. Still good but do not go expecting to always have food.

We had gf fish and chips and fried cheese curds for the food truck. Sampled the beer and the pumpkin was delicious too. Ginger Beer and Root Beer were great too. I'd definitely go back.

Stopped in for food truck tacos and a couple of G/F beers, both were delicious. No noticeable gluten effects. Albeit the bar was too busy to ask some questions involving the brewing of the beers. On my next visit, I will pack along my Gluten tester(Nima) and test some of the beers and the truck food for gluten since I am Celiac.

This place has really good gluten-free beer made solely from gluten-free grains. I had their stout and their pumpkin ale, both were equally delicious.

I was so excited to find a brewery where every beer is gluten free! And the “cherry on top” was all the food choices from the food truck parked outside were also GF! The beer offerings were wonderful and the vibe in the brewery was fun and friendly with great decor. The food truck today was Fire in the Hatch. My husband and I shared a dish with pulled pork, bbq sauce (on the side), grilled corn, French fries, and grilled bread. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! Definitely recommend this establishment for everyone, especially for anyone who needs to follow a GF diet and wants to enjoy having a beer with their non-GF companions.
