Went for a Christmas evening night in November, excellent service with no hassle for needing gluten free. Had soup (without bread), turkey with all the trimmings (inc stuffing/pigs in blankets) and cake for desert.

Hotel staff could not present an allergy menu when asked at the bar. Staff advised me to tell them what I wanted and they will ask the chef if they can do it. My gluten free club sandwich was nice and comparable to my parents non gluten containing version. They can fry chips in a separate fryer as well.
