Staff is excellent. Food is very good. Most of the time they are Celiac gluten free safe, but today they allowed a vegan restaurant that serves gluten filled buns and gluten filled vegan burgers to take over their kitchen and restaurant for a special vegan burger event today 8/15/2018. Holiday said they will have a separate gluten free cook area during this event, and they will clean everything well after the event, but it’s still disappointing that a place that states it’s gluten free and mostly plant based to now allows an outside restaurant to come in and take away one of the few safe places we have. Either you are gluten free or you are not, just be honest and transparent. They didn’t tell anyone ahead of time their gluten free restaurant was bringing in gluten foods for this event, you had to ask them yourself once you looked up the outside restaurant and so no gluten free information was seen anywhere on that outsiders site. Holiday could have accidentally harmed some people’s health here since Holiday advertises everything as gluten free for their restaurant model. The outside company, Superiority Burger, doesn’t fit into their gluten free model, it does fit the vegan model, but they advertise they are both. This is disappointing.
