I mentioned I have celiac and asked about cross contact. The person helping me immediately let me know that they take it off the prep line and have one person prepare the whole order using clean cutting board, gloves, knives and using new ingredient bins that haven’t been on the line. I asked about the toaster and she said it’s a conveyor belt toaster and they use foil to protect sandwiches. They seemed well informed and very happy to help. Like all fast food basically the allergy precautions take a bit more time. The food is delish!!

They have gluten free bread and clearly mark things on their menu. My daughter enjoyed a delicious breakfast bowl and all the gluten eaters enjoyed their meals as well!

Had a Turkey sandwich on g free bread and a chickpea sandwich on g free bread and both were excellent. They advised that all bread is toasted together, so left my bread untoasted to reduce cross contamination risk. Recommend!
