Gluten free and vegan items available in a separate case including rainbow cookies, cheesecake, cupcakes, and many other excellent desserts. Pastries are made at a separate location free from contamination. Every time I have tested a pastry with my Nima tester no gluten is found every time.
They are very knowledgeable about gf and all items are made in a separate area and labeled on the shelf. They have cookies, cakes and pies. Special items such as big cakes can be made gf if pre ordered. The rainbow cookies are my favorite, absolutely delicious!

You must only be able to get gluten free if you order ahead of time because we walked in and asked if they had anything GF (as there are cases and cases of treats) and she showed us two sad, wrapped up cookies. We asked if they were also vegan (as we can’t eat egg or dairy either) and she only repeated “they are gluten free.” This might be great if you’re a local in need of a cake, but not great at all for somebody passing through town. 👎🏻
We are so fortunate to have the best bakery in our hometown. Hands down the most delicious apple pie in the area; our families request them for all our gatherings. And now, Laura is baking scrumptious gluten free treats from cakes, brownies, muffins & cupcakes to cannoli &/or chocolate mousse filled cookie tacos.
