We were SO happy to find this place! We called and spoke to the staff who explained that for every gluten free pizza they take the following precautions: clean prep surfaces, change gloves, change pizza cutter/utensils, and place all pizzas on fresh parchment paper to bake.
They were extremely kind about the ask and when the pizza was delivered, the woman told me she was also gluten free and watched them make the whole thing to ensure they were as careful as possible. She said she understands how serious celiac is and hopes we have found somewhere new we can enjoy.
On top of all that, the pizza was absolutely delicious!! We will certainly be back!
Fantastic tasting pizza and staff is knowledgeable. It’s the only place we order pizza from. I am the only one in my household that needs to eat gluten free but my husband and kids actually prefer the gluten free crust. The toppings are amazing and they do not skimp on the cheese. Best spot around if you’re looking for a safe and delicious GF pizza.
This is one of the only places we get pizza from for my daughter who has Celiac! They have good processes in place when you say it is for Celiac and we’ve always been impressed with their knowledge. Plus the gluten free crust is delicious!! My mom has been gluten free for about 15 years and she said it is the best GF pizza she has had!
