The chef Steven Weidner was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. I was just going to go up to our hotel room and make myself a gluten free pb and j and the chef saw that I hadn’t ordered anything and offered to make something gluten free for me. I politely declined. He insisted that he wanted me to be able to have something to eat too. So he made something and said it was on the house. The food that he made tested gluten free with my Nima. It’s chef’s like him that are the reason my we can eat out.
