Will never go here again. Went here last summer and ordered gluten free red velvet pancakes. When I noticed that there was no gluten free charge on the receipt AFTER the meal, she revealed that the entire pancake I just ate was not gluten free.
The server Theresa was excellent and got the manager to discuss the whole process of cooking my food for me. Since I have celiac, they made a separate egg mixture to dip the French toast in to avoid cross contamination and explained that they do not have a separate griddle, but can clean a section of their griddle before cooking my food. They went above and beyond to accommodate me safely and it’s officially our new favorite breakfast spot!
Explained to the server I have Celiac. She explained about the hash browns being cooked on a separate side of the griddle and only hash browns on there. The owner came out and talked to me. Explained the practices and said he would not have them cut my French toast to help ensure no cross contamination- which I was totally fine with. Good experience, will definitely come back. Owner was very friendly and took my Celiac seriously.
Theresa was our server and very knowledgeable about GF needs. Even took the time to show me the brand of wraps, answer questions, and mention which items were prepared fresh each day. Refreshing service and great food. I had the chicken/bacon/avocado wrap with homemade ranch dressing.
Very conscientious about meeting gluten free needs. Food was delicious if slightly pricey.
Very accommodating for allergies. They carry gluten-free bread as an option.
