Cute little coffee bake shop on Water st. Selection varies, first time I was there there were a few choices next morning only one “gluten smart”baked food available. Gf items are placed beside other items in display case but on a separate plate and were marked. Latte was delicious.

— Not Much

Everything is made in house so they know all the ingredients. They make three gluten-free items every morning but usually sell out by 1pm. I had Blueberry Strusel Muffin made with real blueberries. Very good.Tea is loose leaf and served in a china tea cup 😀
