The cashier informed me that the fries are made in a separate frier BUT that sometimes they switch the oil between friers so I opted to not get them. I got a burger and the gf bun was good but crumbles.
Went here the other day and and they appeared to be really cautious when I said I had a gluten allergy. But then my burger arrived with two random onion rings on it. They apologized and said they had been having trouble with the kitchen not taking the allergy requests seriously enough. They remade my burger but I was too nervous to eat it.
One of the best gluten free buns I have ever had! The fries were amazingly tasty and crisp. Love that they have so many options.

Absolutely amazing! They understand cross contamination and their gluten free bun is really good AND it doesn’t fall apart!!! They have a gluten free menu which has a lot of options, it’s right up at the register!

I'm not Celiac, just gluten and dairy free, but oh man, this was the best gluten free bun I've had in a while! They had vegan cheddar cheese, but it totally wouldn't have fit with the amazing buffalo bill burger I ordered (mayo + blue cheese removed). They did have a gluten friendly menu at the register! If you have a sensitivity, give it a shot! Those buns blew my mind!

This place was amazing!! Got truffled Brussels and a classic burger in lettuce wrap. They were very good about the gluten free and answered all my questions and reassured me about the measure they take. Food was amazing!
I enjoyed a good hamburger but the GF bun was a little disappointing. The crust was a little hard and the texture was more like a biscuit. They can make any of their burgers GF giving you plenty of options. I was told they will change gloves and avoid any cross contamination. The shareable fries were great! Much more than my wife and I could eat.
BEST GF buns and I’m OBSESSED with their fries. Eaten here so many times and have had no issues - can’t get enough of this place!!
Besides my fiancés, I want to just shove my face in these gluten free buns and not come up for air until the meat juices are running down my face and onto my shirt. These burgers are delicious.
I love this place so much. Their gluten free buns are from scratch and they are perhaps the best bun, GF or otherwise, I’ve had. I’ve never had a reaction to anything from here and note my allergy/celiac status when I online order.
The gluten free bun was amazing! They have a menu at the counter with what can be made gluten free. The fries were really good as well!

Chicken tenders for the kids, gluten eater had a regular burger-enjoyed by all. My gluten free meal was delicious, the sweet potato fries are absolutely amazing. Portions are good sized, prices on par with the food.

Great food. They have a gluten-“friendly” menu now by the register. The GF bun was better than the usual. Dedicated fryer. Gluten-free burger came out with a wooden marker. All kinds of flavors for the fries. The sweet potato fries were delicious, better than the regular fries, with firm skin and tender core. The burger was terrific. Brussels sprouts were salty/greasy but still gobbled them up. They’ve got a bunch of milkshakes. Outdoor and indoor seating. The only negative was that the music was loud, people have to talk up to hear each other. Nice staff. We will definitely be back, had a great meal here.

They wrote my gluten allergy on a red ticket that stayed with my burger until ot was delivered to our table. Burger bun was slightly biscuit like and delicious, especially for being gluten-free!
The parmesan truffle fries were so tasty and we finished the whole bowl!
The physical menu (in person) doesn't list gluten free options but online orders do. Although online ordering was broken when I tried!
Pretty good burgers, also the fryer is dedicated just to French Fries and don't have gluten in them. They marked gluten free for my meal and I felt fine afterwards.
I first encountered this place in Denver and was absolutely delighted to see that they have a (new) location in Jacksonville. They have GF buns and the fryer is dedicated. They have adult milkshakes and serve a tasty frozen Margarita, to boot. I almost feel like a normal person eating here!

I love this place!!! They have a red flag tag that they fill out if you say you have a gluten allergy & give it to the kitchen staff. I always get the classic burger in a bowl with truffle fries. They have gf house made buns but I haven’t been brave enough to try them. The dedicated fryer makes this place even better.
I was served a regular gluten bun and told it was a GF bun at lunch today and now I’m very sick as I have celiac and cannot tolerate trace amounts of gluten let alone a full bun. Their safety protocols are not good for celiacs or people that need to eat gluten free. I ate here today due to a good experience at the one in Dallas but will not be back at this place in Tustin.
Best dining out experience I’ve had since being diagnosed. Separate gluten free menu, staff is super knowledgeable and special allergy tickets are submitted with orders. The gluten free bun is made in house, and is soft and delicious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!
the staff are really friendly about allergies, i will say though if you have an egg allergy, a lot of the kitchen staff does not know english and will still put mayo on your stuff so just make sure you let someone know that you cannot have mayonnaise. they are still so kind though and i’ve never had an issue with my gluten or dairy allergy. their chicken burgers are also so great for people who cannot have red meat!
