My new favorite place nearby for a burger (with a decent gf bun!) and fries! The Parmesan truffle fries are super delicious and I’ve had good experiences (no reaction) both times I’ve been here. The staff at the bar and the counter understand gf

I was very hesitant to eat here based on the reviews on here. However, I went during an off time and had a very good experience. I researched online, as well as spoke with the manager here. He said all of their fries are fried in a dedicated fryer. He said all burgers are safe (sans bun), aside from some of their specialty burgers they do on occasion. They have a gf bun, or lettuce wrap options. I asked about prep of the burgers and the manager said the gluten buns have their own separate warmer. Everything on the grill is gf. I tried the good night/ good cause burger with the gluten free bun, along with the parmesan fries. The burger was juicy with their signature "sassy" sauce. Caramelized onions and jalapenos topped it off. The bun was tasty and soft. However, it didn't quite hold up to being a handheld. The fries were tasty and came with forks to handle the mess. Most importantly, I didn't get sick. I'm not sure how they handle gf in busy crowds, but during this off time, I had a wonderful experience and will be back.

Both Dallas locations regularly mess up orders. They are NOT celiac friendly - I’m vegan so can’t eat anything here (black bean burger is DISGUSTING and impossible burger is a gluten patty), but my son is also celiac. The final straw was when they put the wrong bun on - we actually said NO bun of any kind in the order, and he used BARE hands to take the bun off and then plop the burger in a to go container. I said he needs a new one because of contamination, and the guy said it barely touched it for only a couple of seconds!!!!!!! What. The f*ck! NEVER AGAIN.

Celiac friendly?

No

I love their Greek Burger and that it's on a different type of GF bun. I am a celiac but I can tolerate some cross contamination. Never have had an issue. BTW, their Mexican Cola and Little Larry drink rocks.

I went here last night with my boyfriend who has celiac and we got the regular burger with cheese on a gluten free bun. It tasted good but he spent the whole night throwing.

Celiac friendly?

This place is ok but our burgers came out raw 3 times. The manager offered to come refund us but they said they needed no proof of a receipt or card. We checked later they did not refund us. Customer service was horrible and my gf burger never came back after it was raw even when we asked. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

I had first heard about their homemade gluten

Love this place! They have grass-fed, bison, chicken and turkey burgers, along with salads & shakes. The fries are the only fried thing and I highly suggest the truffle fries ;) They have a non-gluten bun but it's cooked with other buns, so I skip it. *Be prepared to wait in line if it's a busy time.

I enjoyed a good hamburger but the GF bun was a little disappointing. The crust was a little hard and the texture was more like a biscuit. They can make any of their burgers GF giving you plenty of options. I was told they will change gloves and avoid any cross contamination. The shareable fries were great! Much more than my wife and I could eat.

Service was fast and excellent. The gf bun is the best I’ve ever had. Also, the burger was amazing and probably the best I’ve had. Highly recommend with the fries!

My go to restaurant near vandy. Best GF buns I’ve had, great burgers, and as far as I know, all fries are safe. They ask if GF is for allergy or preference and I have always felt 100% safe. Highly recommend.
