If you are Celiac you should feel SUPER comfortable eating at this place. They are very knowledgeable about all the menu items that are GF. And ALL THE FRIES are gluten free! All of them! Separate fryer. So many delicious options. The GF buns for the burgers are outrageous. Made fresh in house. What a treat! Don’t miss this place!

Staff was nice. My burger was awesome. My wife didn’t like her’s. She has celiac. Bun was a brick and there was not enough flavor to cover the nasty bun. Waiter seemed a bit clueless but the manager came over and gave us a $10 gift card for the trouble.

Great service from start to finish! The person taking our order was very attentive. There are allergy red tickets that he filled out for each member of my family. He double checked allergen menu. Fries are safe. Great variety of burgers! Shakes can be made gluten free! My son said the vanilla gf shake was really good! Definitely will be back when we go to TX A&M.

The staff was knowledgeable and there’s an allergy list available. The food is mediocre at best and they have quite possibly the worst gf bun I’ve ever had. Couldn’t finish my burger before it fell apart.

I’ve gotten sick a few times, but I usually have a good experience with this location! Try to avoid the fries, and make sure you double check on the toppings, because some of them have gluten that you wouldn’t expect. I haven’t eaten here in a while, so I don’t really remember what exactly is and isn’t safe of the toppings, but I’ll add on to this next time I go.

I called and spoke to a manager about the fries and he said they have a dedicated fryer and they are gluten free! (I saw a fried chicken on the menu that I didn’t see before so I was concerned the fries were no longer gf.) I have eaten here multiple times without problems and the burgers and fries are really good! I wish we had a location closer. If you tell them it’s an allergy, they will take extra precaution as well.

Every time I have gone in the staff has been very knowledgeable about celiacs and it super carful with cross contamination. Every morning the buns are home-made on separate gluten-free utensils in a separate area. The wait is slow, but worth it.

During the ordering process the staff member asked if my request was an allergy and proceeded to enter it as such. GF bun was good and burger was cooked to order. However, when I asked about a designated fryer for the fries, they discussed it among each other and told me that typically they would, but that morning they used it to fry donuts. Apparently they all thought that was hilarious. Needless to say, I skipped the fries and only ate the burger. Yes, the burger was good...but lack of fries and staff behavior would not have me running back to this location.

1/26/19, third visit, need to watch out and exercise some self-control. Great meal with my boys, one of whom has Celiac like me. Had some shakes. They were yummy! Only non obvious gluten items are bacon and blue cheese as far as I know. 1/12/19, second visit just as good as the first! I just got back from an excellent lunch. They didn't have a GF menu, but I had researched ahead. No bacon and no blue cheese. Maybe no tuna. They seem to have a good system as well with an allergy card filled out that follows the order. Will definitely come again!

So went in and found out all they had was a GF bun and truffle fries. There were no burgers or anything else. A plain, empty bun and truffle fries were all they had. Hahaha, I laughed so hard. Got some fries and watched my friends eat. Not celiac friendly if the only thing you offer at a burger place is a bun. The cashier even asked the manager who just gave her a book and didn't even bother to speak with me. Guess they dont want people's business! Won't be going back, that's for sure!

I didn’t have a great experience the last time I dined here. I specifically stated that I was Celiac and asked the server to ensure the Vegetarian burger (on lettuce) was completely GF. I was told that it was, however when I asked a different server who delivered the meal she said the patty DID contain gluten. It’s frustrating as a customer if you can’t get a straight (correct) answer the first time around. Instead I ordered the Ahi Tuna on lettuce wrap which was fine (despite having too much Wasabi sauce on it) ... I would check twice if you are Celiac if you eat here ...

If you say you are allergic to gluten when ordering, the mark your order so the kitchen knows they must have all the warnings. They have frying pans just for fries, and they are delicious!!! The truffels ones the best! And the gf buns are really good, one of the best ones I’ve ever tried

Found this place because of this app. I was the Rice district for business and needed a GF place for dinner. This was one of the best burgers I have ever had! Their GF bread was very tasty and they took care for no cross contamination. The servers and staff we super friendly and I was able to relax and watch the Astros for awhile. Both Dallas locations regularly mess up orders. They are NOT celiac friendly - I’m vegan so can’t eat anything here (black bean burger is DISGUSTING and impossible burger is a gluten patty), but my son is also celiac. The final straw was when they put the wrong bun on - we actually said NO bun of any kind in the order, and he used BARE hands to take the bun off and then plop the burger in a to go container. I said he needs a new one because of contamination, and the guy said it barely touched it for only a couple of seconds!!!!!!! What. The f*ck! NEVER AGAIN.

Management really didn’t care that the service was bad and arrogant, burgers were soggy, and the order was placed/typed in incorrectly on multiple levels.

How does this place not have more reviews? I’ve never felt confident at any other burger place (other than Red Robin) like I did here. This place beats RR tenfold. Ordering was a breeze...employee totally aware of GF needs and celiac. Acted as if it was no hassle at all. Had a lettuce wrapped classic burger, regular fries, and a local cider. Everything so good. Felt good after the meal. My husband (not celiac) got the GF bun said he was happy to have it over a regular bun! Will definitely come back if we’re in Denver again!

The staff is very knowledgable. If you say you have an allergy, they double check their allergen guide for ingredients that need to be removed or substituted, and also put a red tag on your order that screams allergy (and lists the allergy). They clean everything down and change everything out, though there is no dedicated space. They do have a dedicated fryer for their fries though, which is so awesome!! They have a GF bun made in house, though I don’t know how things are cleaned or maintained in the bakery when they are made; I always stick to lettuce wrapped burgers. Have eaten here multiple times and only had good experiences.

“Snooze” had a 2 hour wait so we decided to try Hopdoddy which is located next door. It was extremely loud and I got cross contaminated from something. The gluten free bun on the hamburger was similar to cornbread and fell apart. They said that the fries are all gluten free and the only thing cooked in the fryer. A note to everyone calling this place “celiac-safe” — it most certainly is not. They use “gluten imposter” soy lecithin-based cooking spray for all of their buns, including the gluten-free ones. Translation: You’re stuck with a lettuce wrap. Again. To anyone out there, like me, who is ACTUALLY celiac - beware. Update: my wife convinced me to stay and have the lettuce-wrapped burger and fries from the supposed “dedicated” fryer. Still got glutened. Again, celiacs beware.
