I had no idea what to expect here so I took one for the team. The cutting board is where they prep sandwiches and cut meat and I didn't see this until the person in front of me so I asked about it and they offered to sanitize the board. I gave it a shot but still reacted.
The meat and most the sides are gf so potentially if you could get a whole uncut brisket (~6lb, so a lot) or rack of ribs or something it might be safe.
Barbeque should be one of the easier ones to keep safe and they just don't do it. Sorry y'all.
