The atmosphere here is sublime. A wonderful experience. Most menu items can be made with a cheap gf corn pasta that is not great but improved by excellent sauce! Wait staff is sassy and not knowledgeable: charming but you'll need to ask careful questions. The second time I ate here I had the bolognese and was just fine: the boiling water is separate for pasta. The FIRST time I ate here I made the mistake of ordering a dish finished in the cheese wheel. He assured me he'd "cleaned" it (haha!) with a rag and I laughed and decided to eat it anyway: because what a fun experience!! Of course, I was sick the next day. The cheese wheel is not safe for celiacs! Otherwise, the vibe and pasta sauces make this an excellent stop. The menu does not list options, but they're there. Note that the rissotto is not gluten free. :)
