I love the atmosphere here! Lots of gluten free options. However, I would skip the GF bun. It falls apart and has an awful texture.

I have been there maybe 4 times now. Pretty good luck except the last time. I was told their seasoning on the fries is now gf, so I ordered it with my burger. Unfortunately I got sick. Not sure if it was the fries, but something got me.

Oops I went two days in a row! I keep getting the olive burger with fries. A bit salty but so good and I feel safe eating it. Bun doesn't fall apart. Today i had the Kale salad with crispy chicpeas added. So nummee! Atmosphere is great. Nice staff. Free popcorn. Loon juice.

Amazing burgers! Fun to try a new place. My whole family loved it!!! Best burger I’ve had in the 3 years since being diagnosed. The only thing was I’m not sure if the ketchup was safe so I didn’t use it. I couldn’t find anything online, the serve was unsure but when she asked they said yes.

Manager helped me order since I'm gluten and dairy free. Fries in a separate fryer. Bun is gf but has dairy. They can accommodate just have the manager put the order in and not do it at the counter.

Absolutely love Hot Chip. It's one of our go-to places to eat now! Bun is gluten and dairy free. They offer vegan ranch and special sauce that are safe. Fries are cooked safe in their own fryer. Everything is labeled as GF when you order. You can flag your order with all food allergies as well and the kitchen is very well trained. They do offer white claw and truly seltzers for safe alcoholic beverages as well.

Had a great experience at Hot Chip. Having 2 kids, 1 celiac adult, and 1 non celiac adult everyone was happy. Excellent food. Gluten free food arrived as expected and staff was very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic burgers. The buns tend to fall apart, but relatively good.

Mom and I went here for lunch. Both are gf, I’m celiac. Ordered burgers with gf buns and fries without seasoning. Mine came out fine but my moms came out with seasoning on the fries. When we mentioned it they changed it but judging by how fast it was they just put the same burger on a new plate with non seasoned fries. She and I both got sick.

Delicious burger and fries! Had the Mexican cheese fries and the “Mi Jeva” burger and didn’t get sick!

The staff were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and the burger was one of the best I’ve had. The fries are made in a separate frier just ask for no seasoning!

They have a gluten free bun. Ask for the fries without the seasoning. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options.

The staff knew exactly how to order/make gluten-free good for a celiac. The fries are the only things in the fryer, but make sure to ask for it without umami seasoning; our waitress knew to do that right away. Burgers are AMAZING and no one has gotten sick any of the multiple times we’ve been here!
