As others have mentioned, shared utensils and spreading of condiments and toppings creates significant risk for cross contamination. The shared fryer also means the chips are cross contaminated, even though they are corn chips. You can eat here with celiac disease, but you must take many precautions to ensure you can eat safely.

The food is good but despite having a menu with items marked GF, there is a very high risk of cross contamination due to reused utensils. They spread their condiments rather than dropping them. If you order a burrito with sour cream, guacamole or queso, they'll use the spoon or ladle to spread it on the flour tortilla, then return the serving piece to the product. This transfers flour from the tortilla back to the serving station, basically guaranteeing contamination for future guests.
Also they have breaded items on the menu and use a shared fryer for chips so those aren't safe either. It's a shame because the food really is tasty, but if you are at all sensitive, you should probably avoid this place.

Contaminated food with gluten 3 times. definitely not gluten free
Their taco salad is delicious, all their meats are gluten free. You can order a burrito without the tortilla. They have a menu for both dairy free and gluten free options, and the staff is very friendly!
