Had rare steak and tendon pho with the veggies that came with. Simple no flare meal, tasty, no symptoms 12 hrs out. (Also, great service!)

All the gluten free items are marked on the menu. I had the shrimp pho and it was tasty. I can’t comment on safety for celiacs though.
