Very disappointing. They got our drink order wrong. They mixed up our food order and gave the GF salad to the wrong person. The GF salad had bread on the plate. No attention at all to the Gf requirements

We had booked Sunday brunch and we were able to get seated early and given the standard menu. I asked what the gluten free options were to be told they’re marked on the menu (3 of them) or they now had a GF bun if I wanted a burger. They didn’t do just steak and eggs or GF grits so I opted for the jambalaya which was marked as GF from the main menu. There were literally no breakfast/brunch options. The meal was nice, but not exactly what I had in mind when I booked.

Had an amazing experience here. I got the Southern Salad. Tony, the bartender, took it very seriously when I told him I had celiac. He went to the kitchen to confirm the dressing was gluten free (the dish was labeled as such, but wanted to be sure). The salad was delicious and I had no reaction.

Was nervous about eating here, but my server was exceptionally knowledgeable about Celiacs. He explained all things GF in great detail. Enjoyed my experience and will go back.

Food was delicious, but our waitress was misinformed about the buns. She was under the impression ALL buns were gluten free. Thankfully our daughter (celiac) opted for the jambalaya but she had a bite of our burger. We were so thrilled with the gluten free quality that we inquired- only to find out the buns are VEGAN and not gluten free. Our waitress was mortified and we learned a lesson. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CHEF.
Otherwise- the food, service and options were pretty good.

Put alerts on my food and my GF grandmother’s. However, hers still came on a bun and mine just wasn’t very good. They kept recommending us sides that weren’t on the GF safe part of the menu. Wouldn’t recommend it to my GF friends.
No
The gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. Today I ordered the shrimp Tacos and they were very good. To make sure my food was gluten free I used my NIMA gluten tester I had just recently gotten. The tester said it was gluten free so I ate lunch knowing it was a safe meal.
Yes
They had about 5 items labeled on the menu as gluten free. I choose the catch of the day. The chef informed me which sides were gluten free and also that either choice grilled or blackened would be also. I choose blackened with mash potatoes and vegetables. Excellent meal and very helpful staff.

Chef came out as per restaurant protocol when you tell them you have an allergy. Everything special-made, so far after 30 mins in, only thing I feel is full! Had the wings and the mahi mahi street tacos!
Had a good experience at the Downtown Disney location- staff were knowledgeable and friendly. had a great dinner.
We have eaten here on numerous occasions. The experience and the food have always been phenomenal. Today we had a waitress and a kitchen rep that were very blazze about our Celiac. I should have followed my gut and asked for a manager. We are currently at Disney for the "Not So Scary Halloween" event. We will not be staying, my daughter has been contaminated. (The cramps have her in the fetal position and tears. This isn't a cross contamination issue, but full on ingestion.) I am so disappointed with this most recent experience and will be notifying corporate on Monday.
when i asked about gluten free the waitress brought the chef out. we discussed what sort of dishes i was interested in and he made recommendations. i ordered fish tacos and Angry Orchard Cider, everything was excellent.

In the past they had multiple items on the menu listed as gluten free. I just came this weekend and there are not many menu items listed gluten free anymore. however the manager said it is because of their new cajun potatoes which are a side and not safe. You can get the potatoes replaced with fruit for a $3 charge and still eat the omelette.

Two GF mains options on the menu. Front of house unaware of GF options but menu clearly displayed options. Server aware of options.

We enjoyed our breakfast here; however, the breakfast menu recently changed and now only lists fruit and breakfast meats (bacon, ham, and sausage) as GF. We had a good server who was able to work with us, but if you are like me you don’t like to rely on getting lucky with good staff.
