Not Celiac safe. Asked about cross contamination and staff said there was a lot of cross contamination. Prior to diagnosis I had several of there regular breads and they weren’t that good and expensive.

Sunday is the day to go, but in all honesty as much as I love supporting local, Canyon Bakehouse is better and less expensive.

Bake GF breads on Wednesday and Sunday every week. Have a few different options of GF bread, even a chocolate loaf. Not sliced-full loaves. We roasted prior to making sandwiches and had good flavor, need to keep in fridge and toast before making sandwiches. Overall very good. Daughter loved the GF blueberry muffin and she doesn’t usually like blueberries.

Not celiac safe but had some gluten free options (bread, cookies, scones and muffins). I ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread. The bread was hard and very dry. It broke apart after the first bite. I brought home a loaf of the raspberry bread to try and it was ok after I warmed it in the microwave.
