you can eat gluten free salads, or a bowl with quinoa, chicken, and vegetables with glutenfree sauce. On the breakfast buffet, several food buckets are marked to be glutenfree. Not sure if it is free from cross contamination though.I had a glutenfree falafel, and a glutenfree chickpea salad from the shop. For breakfast they have fruit amd yoghurt.
