We love this place! We have never had any problems. Be sure to request the gf soy sauce. Once you alert the staff, they will accommodate any allergy...friendly, great food! Perfect for my growing boy, all you can eat. The Pad Thai noodles (only) and all of the sauces are gf.

Mongolian style, pick your mix of noodles, meat, veg and sauce and the fry it up on a big plate. Sauces and noodles are labeled so not hard to put together a GF dish. Cross-contamination may be an issue because it is all cooked on the same surface, but I didn’t have any problems.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed their food. Have had it several times now, and even with takeout I never got sick from it! So many options to customize your dish with, and you get a very large portion for your money when they deliver. I wasn’t sure at first because it was a chain and buffet style, but it’s given me a chance to eat Asian style food again and I’m happy.

Fresh, delicious, and knowledgeable about dietary needs including celiac. They have signs on the gf buffet items and a system for signaling the cooks, who then clean an area of the grill right in front of you and section your food off from everything else.

I had the Thai noodles, chicken, and a few other ingredients from the food bar. For the sauce I had 3 ladles of the Thai peanut sauce and one of the sweet chili sauce. One of the servers got the sauces for me from the back so that I didn’t get cross contamination. They also gave me a yellow allergy bowl so the chef would know. The chef cleaned the grill and put up barriers so no other food would touch it. The food was delicious and tested gluten free with my Nima!

While they did give me a bowl to designate me as gluten free, and kept a portion of the flat top grill sectioned off, i don't know if it had been cleaned off. Secondly, while there i gluten free sauces, they are kept right next to non GF sauces, which with very little effort, splash into each other with no barrier to prevent that from happening. Major cross contamination.

The food was good for those that can handle gluten .

Menu was very clear about GF sauces and you even get a different color bowl so the cook spends extra time cleaning the grill for your meal. Very pleased !

Super delicious food! They have a gluten free noodle option, and all gluten free sauces are marked. Cross contamination is probably an issue (the glutenful noodles sometimes fall in the rice noodles) but I haven't gotten sick yet. When they come to take your plate you just tell them you have an allergy and they clean off an area and make sure no one touches it except with the dedicated spatula. They also have gluten free soy sauce if you ask your server too. I love the food and I'm glad I was able to eat HuHot still!
