I had the Thai noodles, chicken, and a few other ingredients from the food bar. For the sauce I had 3 ladles of the Thai peanut sauce and one of the sweet chili sauce. One of the servers got the sauces for me from the back so that I didn’t get cross contamination. They also gave me a yellow allergy bowl so the chef would know. The chef cleaned the grill and put up barriers so no other food would touch it. The food was delicious and tested gluten free with my Nima!

They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Four of their sauces are gluten-free. I had no issue getting quality food.

HuHot does not have a gluten free menu but does have an allergen list and a list of gluten free sauces. Ask them to clean a spot on the grill and use different utensils, if necessary.
just got done eating here, they took a lot of precautions for my allergies and gave me a yellow bowl to signify an allergy. they even scrubbed the grill and set up a wall between the other food cooking. unfortunately i do believe i got glutened as my stomach is pretty big and painful and my head is foggy. maybe its from the buffet style line im not sure. they tried hard though! the sauces are pretty limited, and none of the regular menu is gluten free. but i guess if you’re not super sensitive (i am) it’s not a bad choice

Amazing experience! Entire staff is knowledgeable about allergies. Upon ordering, you receive a separate yellow bowl that flags your order as VIP (allergen). All meat items and veggies are GF, 4 sauces GF. When you get to the flat top, they go through an extensive cleaning process that involves scraping, scrubbing and polishing right down to the steel surface. The cooking area is then cordoned off for the entirety of your cook. (See my pictures). Staff is extremely friendly- never making you feel put out for having a food allergy. On top of that- the food is delicious! Will eat here again- highly recommend this!

We notified server that we had a celiac in the group. He was given a special yellow bowl and the cooks were notified to clean off a section of the grill. The server went the extra mile and picked the ingredients from the back kitchen. The open food bar did have noodles and I was worried about cross contact. The server was great! The manager came out and I spoke with him. They were very nice and eager to provide exceptional service. Highly recommend.

This place was great. Most everything is labeled and every employee we talked to was knowledgeable about GF and other allergies (including 2 grill cooks, 2 waitresses, and the manager on duty). You get to pick what you want and most everything is labeled or called out on the menu. They have different color bowls for GF customers which you need to ask the waitress for. This signals the grill cooks. The cooks scraped and washed the grill before cooking our gf food, and then kept it sectioned off for our entire visit (you can go up multiple times). We also had s Keto eater in our group and they were able to get several varieties of plates as well.
It was delicious and honestly one of the best meal we had in a long time. We went back multiple times.

This place was great! Servers were knowledgeable, and there is an allergen menu given when asked. You also get a special bowl to alert the cooks that you have an allergy. When you go to get your food cooked they call you a VIP order, and they completely scrub clean a section of the grill for you. They also make sure to use separate cooking utensils that they set aside on a plate and use just for your dish. I’m highly sensitive and had no reaction!

Have eaten here multiple times over the years. Always a good experience. Waitress will ask if any allergens, you receive a separate colored bowl. They will clean the grill and isolate it from other food. They have gf soy sauce, you just need to ask for it. There is a risk of CC with the sauces as some ppl lay the ladle on their noodles to pour it on. You can request a clean container for sauces.

The food was great! Just a note of caution, the allergen list says egg drop soup is gluten free but my waitress said it wasn’t. I was a little nervous because all food is cooked on a big grill, but they clean it well if you have an allergy. I’m very sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t get sick. I would definitely go again. There was something for everyone in my family from my toddler to my husband and I, and we left full and happy.

I am so impressed! They asked us right away if there were any allergies and brought us a different colored bowl. Also brought us the allergen menu with all the sauces, foods etc. When the cooks saw us coming, announced allergy on deck. Two people did a thorough cleaning, scrapping of the grill and then brought out fresh plates and fresh spatulas. They basically quarantined our area. And they did this each time we came back for more.

Always enjoy our meal here— they SCRUB the grill and take great pains to minimize/eliminate cross contamination. All of their sauces are GF (though some have wheat that’s processed to be below the PPM threshold to be GF, so if celiac, it might be best to avoid those). 99% of their ingredients are GF, though I wish that they’d move the rice noodles away from the wheat noodles to prevent cross contamination (the staff will provide fresh ingredients if need be).
They mark your allergies by giving you purple bowls so they stand out for the chefs. I usually stick to just the oils but I believe the sauces are all safe. They clean the grill when they see there's an allergy and they use separate tongs for your food. I've never had a reaction here or left hungry! They will grab rice noodles or toppings from the back if you want!

This place is absolutely AMAZING with gluten free! While most other buffet style restaurants can become cross contaminated very easily, the manager had me go through and write down what I wanted, and prepared it with new containers of food in the back! ALL of their sauces are gf which made me feel so much better. He then alerted the grillers that there was an allergy. He made sure they cleaned the grill super well TWICE. The then used spatulas to block off a section of the grill for my food so no one else’s food would ever get close. They completely changed utensils and most importantly, I did not get sick! They even offered to do it all again if I was still hungry since it was a buffet!

Unfortunately they must’ve changed their sauces. They used to all be gluten free but now only about 5 are. They still section off your meal on the grill and use new utensils when preparing!

I’ve been here a few times and always love it! Ask for an allergy bowl and they’ll give you a special yellow bowl to fill with your desired ingredients. You can choose whatever you like and everything is that is gf marked. Sometimes it’s marked with a “G” which confused me at first, but means gluten free. They also have recipe cards at the beginning of the line including a few gf recipes you can try!
The employees are very knowledgeable about allergies and I never have to ask them to clean anything. They see my yellow bowl and immediately clean and section off the grill so my food does not come into contact with anything else on the grill.
