I went there yesterday apprehensive after the reviews but had an amazing experience. The waiter told me the egg drop soup was the only gf soup they had, and that most of the food was naturally gf with the exception of soy sauce which could be omitted. He was very patient and checked with the chef on anything I requested and seemed very understanding. I got the Sesame Beef and Egg Drop soup and it was delicious!
I got sick....
Waiter was very nonchalant about celiac. We explained how serious my reaction is. His reply was that the whole menu could be made gf. When we started questioning certain items he kept replying "well not that".
I ended up not being able to have a soup or side with my lunch special... Still charged full price and all I got was garlic broccoli and white rice. 30 minutes later I was in full gluten reaction mode. I have very specific symptoms so I am sure it was gluten.
After reading all of the reviews on here... I believe my food could have been safe if I had have had a different waiter. Ours was dismissive and slightly rude not just to us but to his other tables as well. I do not believe you put in my order as "celiac"
We went to Human Gardens because of positive reviews on here. Our server seemed fairly lackadaisical, so we made sure he knew that it was a SEVERE gluten issues, in case he didn't know what Celiac meant. He said "I think the egg drop soup is gluten free". So we didn't order it. Had white rice in the garlic broccoli. Definitely got glutened!! Became very sick... Most likely it was regular soy sauce used in the garlic broccoli

The staff was very helpful. They can make nearly everything on the menu gluten free. They have gluten free noodles, and gluten free fried rice. The waiter answered all of my questions and I felt very safe; I didn’t have a reaction, either. My family will definitely be going back!
Ate here last night...shrimp fried rice, shrimp with beef and veggies and egg drop soup. Everything was delicious and I didn't get sick!!

They'll prepare all their dishes gluten free. Also, Egg Drop Soup. Other soups and appetizers are not GF. The owners are kind and caring.
I chose the restaurant based on great reviews but was disappointed. I was actually served wheat tortillas with my meal and the sever seemed completely unaware of why that was a bad thing. I didn’t say anything to management (I was kind of shocked) but wish that I had. The good news is that I didn't eat the tortillas and I didn't feel sick from my meal. Maybe that server was just new or confused? Aside from gluten free factors the food was also just not that great.
Celiac friendly Chinese food that tastes amazing. Very knowledgable staff were helpful in choosing dishes. Menu could be more specific, but we were told that most things that aren't breaded/fried can be made GF. It's a kid friendly place, and great tea too.
Went there for our anniversary and they were very knowledgeable about celiac and criss contamination. The food was AMAZING and I had no tummy/body troubles. We will be going back. Very friendly people who work there.
Very friendly, Can make anything on the menu gluten free. orange beef was so good! Shared the pork fried rice and beef with vegetables. Highly recommend and not pricy at all! LOVE it!

They were very allergy friendly! Awesome food! The egg drop soup is great! Wish I would have ordered some to go since it is an 1 hour and a half drive!

This place is great! Egg drop soup is GF, how many restaurants can you go to and get soup. Never have had an issue with their food.
They can make almost anything gluten free (barring fried, noodles, and pre-made items like teriyaki). I haven't had any problems with cross-contamination and I've eaten there many times. Just let your server know your meal is GF - they'll use cornstarch to thicken sauces and steamed rice. Definitely recommend this place!
I eat here a lot & have no problem with cross contamination. Tell your server about your allergies. They give me gluten and dairy free meals. I do not drink the tea as I do react to that. The food is delicious and served quickly. Generous portions. Ask what is GF.
Love this place. Staff is great and have never had a bad meal. They can make most dishes with gluten free soy sauce, just nothing that is deep fried. The only reason I'm not rating as 5 stars is because I can't really speak to chances of cross contamination in the kitchen- I am not that sensitive and haven't really inquired.
