Food is great, and very accommodating for Celiacs
Incredible tacos. Knowledgeable staff about gluten free/cross contamination. They seemed to mark my allergy.
Shared fryer so no chips, but lots of DELICIOUS taco options. Rice and beans are gf as well.

About half the tacos are available gluten free, marked on the menu. They take special precautions like normal, food is pretty good. However, not extremely filling, keep in mind before ordering.
I love this place. The tacos are always great, made with authentic heirloom GF corn masa. I have a moderately severe gluten sensitivity and I’ve never gotten sick at Hunger Street.
I love HST, have for years, way before needing to eat GF. The owners are tremendous human beings and take great pride in their product and customer satisfaction. There are SO MANY GF OPTIONS!

Gluten-free designations on all menus, all tacos are served on house maid corn tortillas. Separate vegan menu. Majority of vegan choices have black beans, they have a nice hibiscus taco. I have eaten here several times with no issues as a celiac.
Gluten free tacos and tamales . Items marked on the menu. I had 3 different kinds of tacos. Some were better than others. The brisket was really good. The ingredients were very fresh tasting. Only downsides are they are a little overpriced and the parking is very limited. Overall good experience. I’d visit again.
The owner discussed our allergies and modified tacos and quesadillas to our needs. Fabulous food and unique in Central Florida.
Staff was really knowledgeable of Celiac and steered me in the right direction. The tacos were really good. My favorite was the brisket chorizo. The group I was with all enjoyed the tacos. Will definitely go back.
I ate here 3 times with no problem, then the 4th time, they must have either used a gluten-containing ingredient or they seriously cross-contaminated my food. I had the worst gluten reaction I have ever had. I was very ill for 48 hours, then had after effects for several more days. I'll never, ever go back.
Can’t wait to go back! Staff very knowledgeable about Celiac and we had a delicious meal with brisket tacos, chips and guacamole. They keep everything separate and chips are gluten and GMO free. Owner has family members with Celiac so they get it. They will make quesadillas gluten free upon request. Eat in or carry out so don’t miss it.
Almost all the tacos are gluten free and some of the sides. The tacos come on freshly made corn tortillas. I got the brisket taco and the brisket chorizo taco with the a side of cucumber salad. It was all really tasty and it's definitely a great spot for a quick bite with friends. Seating is outside and there is some parking there.
Although I felt the options were somewhat limited I thoroughly enjoyed their tacos. What I mean by that is, the type of meat in your tacos, not GF tacos, because they stated all tacos are GF, unless your request a flour tortilla. The brisket was my favorite. My second taco was chicken. It was good but slightly dry, but the chorizo made up for it. The brisket with chorizo was quite tasty. Almost forgot our appetizer, corn chips and guacamole was super fresh too. No issues what-so-ever.
GO HERE!! So pleased with Hunger St Tacos!! 17 yo son has Celiac so we always check Find Me GF... This place was amazing! Fantastic art, great backstory, absolutely delicious food, outdoor seating... Just can't beat it! Wish I could attach photos here.. I will also put a review elsewhere. GO HERE!!

Yeeesss!! Cute spot. Mushroom quesadilla was amazing! Staff is very well educated about gluten and gluten free precautions in the kitchen. All tacos are gluten free and u can sub flour tortillas for corn. Will definitely be back!
These Tacos are delicious!! All their fresh corn tortillas are made on site and are gluten free, so all their tacos are GF. Their brisket taco is amazing! My son, who has Celiac, wanted a quesadilla. I mentioned to the person I was ordering from that he had Celiac and would need the quesadilla on a corn tortilla. It was no problem to substitute, and they cleaned the griddle off before making his. I thought that was very kind of them.
