Overall I could eat safely at the main restaurants and staff were mostly knowledgeable. Options were somewhat limited at most meals. The steak restaurant was most accommodating, and Waters Edge had some good options for salads and pizza for lunch. The only dessert available was flan at Nectar. Do not recommend eating at Top Golf restaurant, I got sick afterwards but not sure if from gluten or something else. Most of the other “restaurants” are poolside bars which just have fried bar food, no real options. Room service did have a few options.

Very little gluten free. Even things labeled GF you ask about and they say contains gluten. Do not recommend.

I made the staff aware that I was Celiac and could not have any wheat or flour. They provided me with an Udi's gluten free crust cooked on it's own pan. They made sure that all utensils were cleaned before being used.
