I Dream of Falafel

I have eaten here a few times, sometimes I am symptomatic but most times I am not. If you are celiac, it’s definitely not the safest place. It’s a risk for sure.

The food was great, but even items marked gluten free are not made in a dedicated fryer. There is definitely cross contamination!

Like any fast casual they’ll change their gloves. They don’t put pita inside with your food to prevent mishaps.

The options were incredible! I thought everything was really delicious.

Flafel fried in same oil as pita chip. They tried to tell me it was ok and gluten free (menu states it’s gluten free). I was not impressed, prefer naf naf or roti for this type of food.

Love this place. Gluten Free is easily marked on the menu board. Food is delicious. I never get sick.

Menu was very clearly marked for gluten free options. Falafel and fries are only things made in the fryer, and the falafel was beyond delicious. Staff was not knowledgeable about cross contamination, but were friendly and accommodating.

Menu is clearly marked with gluten free and vegan offerings. Nice selection, including falafel and stuffed grape leaves. Staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free/cross contamination procedures but were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

I’ve eaten here twice and haven’t gotten sick. I have to say, both times I have come right when they open so that I am the first customer of the day and everything is fresh. Almost everything is gluten free except for the pitas, a meat option and a few sauces. They are very careful and are aware of cross contamination. Many dairy free and vegan options as well. Their menu has a gf symbol next to all the gf items. The falafel is AMAZING and my fave falafel i’ve ever had. I am ordering through grubhub today and will update my review to see if delivery is safe as well when disclosing allergies/dietary restrictions.
