I told the worker that I have a gluten allergy and she told me the four flavors I could get. I asked for chocolate flakes as my topping and she pulled the spoon out of the graham cracker bowl. I quickly told her never mind and didn’t get a topping.
GF kids and knowledgeable on GF options, each flavor has its own scooper.
The staff was very knowledgeable about which flavors were gluten free and each one also had its own spoon so there wasn’t a risk of cross contact. One of the employees even swatted someone’s hand away when they almost put a cookie in my bowl, which I really appreciated!

We got salted caramel and pistachio gelato which were both great! They were very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. They have separate spoons for the different flavors so I felt saver eating there!
They have many GF options of gelato. They changed gloves and used clean scoopers.
