Fantastic service and very accommodating when it comes to gluten free dining. There are items on the menu marked as gluten free, but if you see a dish that you want to try that isn't marked you should ask the owner about it because he might be able to make a gluten free version. When I asked about cross-contamination prevention, the owner made it clear that they always fry the gluten free items first after the clean the fryer in new oil. The gluten free thin crust pizza wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was decent!
