They went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten free! At check in I was given 2 letters which indicated my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy). I presented these at each restaurant. The restaurants with required reservations received an email alert the day of my reservation so the chefs were prepared for my meal. The head chef, Marcos, personally prepared my food, and supervised anyone else who was involved in my food prep. He also alerted the other chefs and they already knew who I was when I arrived at different meal times. They prepared my food in a clean area and showed me what was safe to eat from the buffet. Anything that was not made on site was indicated and I was told not to touch it because they could not guarantee how and where it was made (very few items). They gave me gf bread, made me gf pasta, fried up the fries in separate oil, and gave me other gf treats. The chefs personally brought the food to the table and gave me dessert at every meal! They would ask me what I wanted to eat and would take notes for future meals Anyone who runs from one side of the hotel to the other in order to instruct the staff on my meal prep deserves a unicorn. All the chefs were great and I appreciated the careful attention and high concern so that I wouldn’t get sick. I even got half a loaf of gf bread to take home because I loved it so much. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Lots of GF options just make sure to ask the manager at the buffets and restaurants. They can also prepare special items if you ask.
