Ichiban Sushi

They mark a few non-sushi items as gluten free on their menu. But, most of their sushi is also available gluten free even if not marked. Just avoid anything fried or with tempura - and tell them you have a gluten allergy. They also have gf soy sauce but you need to separately ask for it. I've eaten here multiple times and never gotten sick.

Staff checks allergen list but there is still risk for cross-contamination. We like to stick to basic rolls. Avoid sushi rolls where they mix in panko flakes or fried items. The ginger salad seemed safe.
